Jac-Cen-Del is now using FinalForms for Student Registration
Jac-Cen-Del Community School Corporation is now using FinalForms for student registration. Please keep in mind FinalForms saves data from year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your student(s), saving you time.
Current Students
Current students may review their information at any time to ensure it is up to date. You are required to sign your forms once per year and after any updates by clicking the following link - Current Students Do NOT create a new account if you have a returning student.Click on LOGIN. If you forgot what email address you used, click Forgot Email and start typing your name and it will show possible email addresses.
New Students
New students must click the New Students icon to begin the FinalForms registration process.
Important Note
New students who live outside the Jac-Cen-Del School District must submit a completed Open Enrollment Transfer Application before completing any other documents in FinalForms. Once the transfer is approved by the building principal and superintendent, you will be notified and instructed to complete the remaining registration documents.
Additional Information
- All password resets must be completed through the FinalForms website.
- If you do not have access to a computer or internet at home, please contact your child's building secretary to schedule an appointment to complete registration.
- Families with children in multiple buildings may register all students during one appointment.
- Families enrolling new student(s) to Jac-Cen-Del Schools must schedule an appointment.
